Do I need an app to use a WHOSE tag?+
You install the free WHOSE app once to link and manage your tags. Whoever finds your item doesn't need anything — they just hold their phone near the tag and your finder page opens.
Does it work with every phone?+
Any modern smartphone with NFC can read a WHOSE tag — that's essentially every iPhone since the XR and most Android phones from the last several years. Older iPhones may need to open the Camera or an NFC app first.
What can a finder actually see?+
Only what you choose. For each tag you can share a phone number, an email, social handles, a custom message — or nothing at all. Change it any time from the app and it updates instantly.
Is there a battery to charge?+
Never. WHOSE tags are passive NFC — they're powered by the phone that scans them. Stick it on once and it keeps working for years.
Can I move a tag to a different item?+
Yes. Peel it off (or unclip the keychain), stick it on the new item and re-link it in the app. Stickers use a residue-free adhesive so they come off cleanly.
How does shipping and returns work?+
Orders over €25 ship free. Everything ships within 2 business days, and you have 30 days to return unused tags for a full refund.
